LDEk CN1) CO RECORDER 1/ ORDINANCE NO. 853 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF APPROXIMATELY 9.9 ACRES LOCATED ADJACENT TO SOUTH 80th STREET, WHICH IS OWNED BY JOHN AND MARY WINCHER. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described below is solely owned hy John and Mary Wincher, and that said owners have petitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimet0r of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the Clty of Lou isvi11e; and, (" THAT a community of interest exists between the terr tor; proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and, THAT the territory proposed to be annexed 5.8 urban or will be urhanlzed in the near future and the territory is capable of heing integrated into the City of Louisville; and, THAT the annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COQNCIL OF TBI CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 18, TIS, R69W of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the NW 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, whence the west one quarter corner of said Section 18 bears S00"26'47"E 664.70 feet; thence NOO 026"<7"W 664.70 feet to the NW corner of said NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/ 4; thence N89003' 05 "I 650.06 feet to the NE corner of said NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence S0003l'26"E 664.47 feet to the SE corner of sa id NW 1/ 4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 111,; thence S8900l' 54"W 650.96 feet to the point of beginning, containing 9.924 acres more or less. Section ~ That said territory is herehy annexed to the City of Louisville and included within the corporate houndaries thereto as an integral part of said City.
