ORDI NANCE NO. 856 AN ORDINANC E PROVI DING FOR THE ISSUANC E AND SALE OF THE eITY OF LOUISVI LLE, COLORADO, INDUSTRIAL DEVELOpr1ENT REVENUE BOND (KLISTER PROPERTIES PRO~ECT ) SERIES 1985, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $1,200,000: AND APPROVING THE FORM AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, Color ado (the " Is s ue r" ) , act i ng throug h its Ci ty Counc il (the "Counc il" ) , is author i zed by the provisions of Part 1 of Art icle 3 of T i tl e 29, C.R.S. ( the " Ac t" ) , to finance, acquire, own, I ease, improve and dispose of properties to the end that manufac t ur i ng , i nd us tr i al , commerc ial or business enterprises will loca te, expand, or remain in the City of Louisville, and the Iss uer is further author i zed thereby to is s ue revenue bonds for the pur po se of defraying the costs of financing, acquir i ng , imprQvi ng and equipping such fac il i ties: and WHEREAS, by a resol ution duly adopted on February 19, 1985 (the " Ind uc emen t Resolution"), the Iss uer expressed its in te n t to is 5 ue such bonds in an aggrega te pr inc ipal amoun t no t to exceed $1,700,000 in accordance with the prQvisions of the Act, for the purpose of financ ing the cost of acquir ing and developing land and constructing thereon an approx ima tel y 26,000 sq uare foot manufactur ing and office fac il i ty , incl ud i o'J all necessary and appur tenan t real and per sonal proper ty, which will be leased to Scope Manufac tur ing , Inc. , a Color ado corporation, for use in manufact ur ing prec i s ion s hee t me tal prod ucts for the computer industry ( the " Pr 0 j e c t II ) , to be located on Lots 3 and 4, Bloc k 1, of the Color ado Technol og ic al Cen ter , First F il i ng , within the boundaries of the Issuer: and WHEREAS, the Is s ue r now desires to author ize and is s ue its City of Louisville, Color ado, Indus tr i al Developmen t Reve nue Bond (Klister Proper ties Project) Ser ies 1985, in the max imUIn aggr ega te face amoun t of $1,200,000 (the "Bond"): and - 2 -
