Upon completion of all work and approvals by the City, the applicant will be reimbursed. <br />Process: <br />An applicant must submit a full application to Economic Vitality staff. A full application includes: <br />• A detailed project narrative <br />• Project renderings <br />• Cost estimates (for interior improvements and total project work) <br />• Employment impacts <br />• Business W9 <br />• Letter of authorization from property owner if work is not being done by the property owner <br />*The project will also need to go through all City processes related to the project. Processes include but <br />are not limited to Historic Preservation review and Historic Preservation Commission approval and <br />reviews/approvals with the Planning and Building departments. The project must receive all necessary <br />approvals before construction and once construction is complete before reimbursement. <br />Once submitted, the application will be reviewed by staff. Staff will ask for any additional information <br />needed to draft a scope of work and project recommendation. Staff will then present the application and <br />recommendation to the LRC for review and the LRC will make a decision regarding project funding. The <br />LRC has discretion to determine funding levels. <br />*If a project is denied, they are not prevented from coming back with a different proposal. <br />Agenda Packet P. 18 <br />
