V <br />FREV <br />Property Improvement Program <br />The Louisville Revitalization Commission (LRC) was established to eliminate blight in urban <br />renewal areas in the City of Louisville. In cooperation with property owners and <br />stakeholders, the LRC seeks to provide assistance to stimulate private investment and <br />accomplish objectives within each urban renewal plan. <br />The LRC is interested in exploring a Property Improvement Program that would assist in the <br />rehabilitation and reuse of existing buildings within the Highway 42 Urban Renewal Area. <br />The program could assist with costs needed to rehabilitate and update interiors of buildings. <br />Agenda Packet P. 22 <br />
