Public Works <br />Consultant team: Design Workshop (lead); Fehr and Peers <br />(transportation); Economic and Planning Systems; Spirit <br />Environmental <br />PROPOSED SCHEDULE AND NEXT STEPS <br />The Plan update is just getting started with a public launch anticipated for early 2024 and a planned <br />adoption by late Summer/early Fall 2025. An abbreviated proposed project schedule is provided <br />below. Planning Commission and City Council discussions will occur during the engagement <br />windows and throughout the project with specific dates to be determined. <br />The specific next steps include a public launch planned for February or early March 2024. The <br />project team plans to inform the community of the opportunities for engagement repeatedly <br />throughout Engagement Window #1 through the City's social media platforms, newsletters, signs <br />around the community, and direct mailers, among other notification methods. <br />Agenda Packet P. 34 <br />
