L <br />Cityof Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 16, 2023 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chair Haley called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Lynda Haley, Chair <br />Christine Burg, Vice Chair <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Josh Anderson <br />Randy Dalia <br />Marty Beauchamp <br />Keith Keller <br />Staff Members Present: Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Senior Planner <br />Ben Jackson, Planning Clerk <br />Approval of Agenda <br />The agenda was approved by voice vote. <br />Staff Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Dunlap asked for the Commission to discuss the conservation easement for 601 Lincoln, <br />as it was before the City Council. <br />Brackett Hogstad said that the Commission could not discuss it, but that she could give <br />an update. She asked that the update be added to the agenda. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />None were heard. <br />Public Hearing <br />a. 829 Lincoln — Landmark, Alteration Certificate, and Grant Request <br />Brackett Hogstad introduced the landmark, alteration certificate, and grant request for <br />829 Lincoln, and noted that all of the requirements were met. She displayed images <br />showing the changes in the condition of the property between 1920 and 2023.
