(City Hall, City Library, Louisville Recreation Center, Police <br />and Courts Building and the City's website.) <br /> <br />McAvinew introduced Resolution No.1, Series and requested discussion. Loo moved and <br />Dalton seconded a motion to establish the location for the posting of public notices for <br />the 2006 Planning Commission meetings as follows: City Hall, City Library, Louisville <br />Recreation Center, Police and Courts Building and the City's website.) Motion passed by <br />voice vote. <br /> <br />~ Election of Officers: Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary (Memo attached) <br /> <br />McA vinew requested that the Election of Officers be continue until the arrival of Chair <br />Lipton. The Commissioners agreed without motion. <br /> <br />~ Resolution No. 28, Series 2005, Amendment of Section 17.12.040 <br />Louisville Municipal Code - Building Height Limitation. A request to <br />consider an ordinance to amend Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />and the Downtown Design Handbook to increase the maximum building <br />height limitation. <br />. Request has come forward from the Downtown Business Association (DBA) and <br />the Planning Commission. <br />
