RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br />SERIES 2024 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SPECIAL <br />REVIEW USE, PLAT, AND ANNEXATION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW <br />DEVELOPMENT OF A DISTILLERY, TASTING ROOM, AND EVENT SPACE AT 1303 <br />EMPIRE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council an application for a final <br />planned unit development and special review use to allow development of a distillery, <br />tasting room, and event space, a plat and easement vacation to amend existing <br />easements, and an annexation agreement amendment to amend a no building zone at <br />1303 Empire Road; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on December 14, 2023, where evidence and testimony where <br />entered into the record. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on March 5, 2024, where evidence and testimony where entered into the <br />record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />1.
