She stated she would also support a continuance. <br /> <br />Dalton stated that the corporate logo should be seen from the road even when placed on the wall <br />of the building, supports the 2nd floor signs and to continue the application. <br /> <br />Hartman stated that logos are important and should be permitted, the size of the monument <br />appears to be too large and there should be no telephone numbers on the sign. <br /> <br />Pritchard inquired if anyone knew the height of the monument sign at Safeway. He stated that he <br />thought it was 10ft. He stated that if the application is continued then the Commission needs to <br />be specific as to what the applicant is to bring back. <br /> <br />Commissioners discussed continuance and what they would request of the applicant when he <br />brings the application back to the Commission. Lipton summarized the discussion with the <br />following list of items for the applicant to address for the Commission review: <br />. Uniformity - size for each tenant panel with 7" letter height <br />. Examples of other heights <br />. Background Color, opaque panels, with consistent letter and font style <br />.
