<br /> <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />December 11, 2001 City Council Study Session <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a study session in the meeting room of the <br />Louisville Public Library, 950 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. The following persons were <br />present - <br /> <br />City Council: Mayor Tom Davidson, Mayor Pro-tem Chuck Sisk, <br />Tom Mayer, Arnold Levihn, John Keany, Don Brown <br /> <br />Staff Present: Bill Simmons, City Manager <br /> Sam Light, City Attorney <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Keith Williams, Interim Parks & Recreation Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facilitator <br />Belinda Goebel, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />Others Present: Annette Anderson, Chair, Home Rule Charter <br />Committee <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Sam Light distributed a handout highlighting the necessary actions for the City of Louisville to <br />transition from a Statutory City to a Home Rule City. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons reported that Boulder County recently purchased the Mayhoffer Section 15 property. <br />He also stated that the facility analysis and needs assessments for the Recreation/Senior Center and <br />Library would be mailed out soon. <br /> <br />Sam Light reported that the Qwest litigation against the City of Louisville regarding a cell tower at <br />STK was dismissed with prejudice, with each party responsible for their own attorney costs and fees. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> 1 <br />
