The following persons were <br />present - <br /> <br />City Council: Mayor Tom Davidson, Don Brown, Mayor Pro-Tem <br />Chuck Sisk, Jay Keany, Tom Mayer, Arnie Levihn, and <br />Michele Van Pelt <br /> <br />Staff Present: Bill Simmons, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Assistant to the City Manager <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director <br />Anne Mojo, Library Director <br />Belinda Goebel, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />Others Present: Bruce Joss, Municipal Judge <br />Members of Louisville Resource Conservation <br />Advisory Board <br /> Ronda Grassi <br /> Steve Mespole <br /> Erik Hartronft <br /> Steve Anderson <br /> Mary O’Donnell <br /> Deb Kreeger <br /> Dennis Humphries <br /> Curt Rautenstraus <br /> Doug Grinbergs <br /> <br />Louisville Resource Conservation Advisory Board – Citywide Waste/Recyclables Collection <br />Dave Clabots, LRCAB President, explained that the Resource Conservation Advisory Board has <br />been working to decrease landfill diversion. One method is to consider using a single company <br />hauler. He introduced Eric Lombardi, EcoCycle. <br /> <br />Eric Lombardi stated that Eco Cycle is the largest non-profit recycler in the nation. He stated that <br />there are many benefits of a single-hauler system with curbside recycling; however, there are a few <br />drawbacks.
