The request is based on the volume of cases to be heard during the months of April and May. ~ Resolution No. 28, Series 2005, Amendment of Section 17.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code - Downtown Building Height Limitation. A request to consider an ordinance to amend Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code and the Downtown Design Handbook to increase the maximum building height limitation in the downtown commercial district.
