Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 8, 2010 <br />Page 6 of 8 <br /> <br />Brauneis stated he supports the requested changes and he is pleased the <br />number of units for the site has not changed. He expressed concern with losing <br />the number of multi-family units. He encouraged the developers to discuss their <br />options with other builders to get their point of view. <br />Lipton moved and Loo and Pritchard seconded the motion to approve Resolution <br />No. 15, Series 2010 a resolution recommending approval of revisions to an <br />approved general development plan, final development subdivision plat and final <br />planned unit development (PUD) plan, Takoda Village Subdivision to allow for <br />the density swap of 20 residential units from Planning Area 2 and 3 to Planning <br />Area 4 with one condition. <br />The applicant shall comply with the conditions stated in the July 1, <br /> <br /> <br />2010 memo provided by Craig Duffin, Assistant City Engineer. The <br />modifications shall be reflected on the plan sets prior to City <br />Council. <br />McCartney requested an additional condition be added: The applicant shall <br />comply with the conditions stated in the July 1, 2010 memo provided by the <br />Parks and Recreation Department. The modifications shall be reflected on the <br />plan sets prior to City Council. <br />Lipton stated his desire to include the suggested condition.
