Staff's final recommendation for a complete revision to <br />the Downtown Louisville Sign Ordinance is included in Attachment #1. Please <br />review the document and be prepared to present any desired modifications to the <br />document at the August 19 Planning Commission meeting. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On June 10, 2010, staff presented proposed preliminary modifications to the <br />downtown sign code to the Planning Commission. Planning Commission <br />comments and staff responses to those comments are included in Attachment <br />#2. The Commissioners requested staff lead discussions of the proposed <br />changes with the various Louisville Boards and Commissions. Since the June <br />10 meeting, staff has lead sign code discussions with the Boards and <br />Commissions outlined in Table 1 below.
