Regular Business — Continuance Request <br />➢ 1301 Empire Rd — Louisville Storage Center — A final planned unit <br />development (PUD) to construct a self storage and mobile storage facility. <br />The project will include approximately 300 self storage units ranging in <br />size from 5'x5' to 10'x30'. The mobile storage units (similar to PODS, Pack <br />Rat, etc.) consist of 8' tall containers that are 7 wide and 8', 12' or 16' <br />long.
