(Continued from April 13, 2006 and April 20, 2006.) . Applicant: City of Louisville . Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director ~ Resolution No. 11, Series 2006, Sign Code Amendment; An ordinance amending the City's commercial office and retail sign regulations, as contained in Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code and the City's Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG) (Continued from February 9, 2006, March 9, 2006, April 13, 2006 and April 20, 2006.) . Applicant: City of Louisville . Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director Staff Comments Staff has held two meetings with the applicant for North End. We will be coming forward with some specific direction so the Commission can begin to close out the preliminary review process. Commission should probably discuss the upcoming meeting dates for June. There are no new cases for the June regular meeting. If North End were to be continued at the May 25th meeting it could be difficult for the applicant to turn-around any requested information for a June 8th meeting. Other possible June meeting dates include the 15th and 22nd. Lipton discussed the possible meeting dates with the Commissioners. Wood will send an email regarding possible meeting dates and requesting the availability of the Commission members on those dates. Planning Commission Comments McA vinew discussed the potential for residential based production of bio-diesel and expressed a concern regarding safety issues. The City should begin to investigate and be prepared for any occurrence. Deborski discussed a case that occurred a few years ago that caused concern for officials in Louisville and resulted in the operation being shut down. McAvinew discussed the outdoor storage of tires at Big-O Tire. The outdoor storage of tires was part of the PUD approval. It was requested that staff do a site visit and give a friendly reminder of the PUD approval requirements. Discussion Items for Next Meeting None heard Adjournment - Pritchard moved and Loo seconded a motion to adjourn. Lipton adjourned the meeting at 9:25 PM.
