Applicant: City of Louisville <br />. Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> <br />Staff Comments <br />Staff has held two meetings with the applicant for North End. We will be coming forward with <br />some specific direction so the Commission can begin to close out the preliminary review <br />process. <br /> <br />Commission should probably discuss the upcoming meeting dates for June. There are no new <br />cases for the June regular meeting. If North End were to be continued at the May 25th meeting it <br />could be difficult for the applicant to turn-around any requested information for a June 8th <br />meeting. Other possible June meeting dates include the 15th and 22nd. <br /> <br />Lipton discussed the possible meeting dates with the Commissioners. <br /> <br />Wood will send an email regarding possible meeting dates and requesting the availability of the <br />Commission members on those dates. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments <br />McA vinew discussed the potential for residential based production of bio-diesel and expressed a <br />concern regarding safety issues. The City should begin to investigate and be prepared for any <br />occurrence. <br /> <br />Deborski discussed a case that occurred a few years ago that caused concern for officials in <br />Louisville and resulted in the operation being shut down. <br /> <br />McAvinew discussed the outdoor storage of tires at Big-O Tire. The outdoor storage of tires was <br />part of the PUD approval. It was requested that staff do a site visit and give a friendly reminder <br />of the PUD approval requirements. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />None heard <br /> <br />Adjournment - Pritchard moved and Loo seconded a motion to adjourn. Lipton adjourned the <br />meeting at 9:25 PM. <br />
