City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> June 15, 2010 <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br /> City Attorney Light reported foiwarding a litigation report to City Council, which included <br /> a short update on the Hamon litigation matter. Mayor Sisk reported Hamon hired an <br /> Attorney with the law firm of Caplin Earnest. Judge Whalen was formerly a lawyer in <br /> that law firm and has recused herself from the Hamon case. City Attorney Light noted <br /> the case has been reassigned to Judge Bailin. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Mayor Sisk reported on June 16, members of DRCOG will vote on the final approval of <br /> the $25 Million Dollar TIGER Grants for the US36 Project. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Councilor Clabots moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilor Sackett. <br /> All were in f.
