GoodNeighborProgram MonthlyReport <br />August 2010 <br />Newcomers to Senior Center19 <br />Follow-up19 <br />Enrolledin activities afterinitialvisit1579% <br />Narrative: <br />Therewere 15 peoplewhoenrolledin theSilverSneakers programinAugustThere were4 peoplewho <br />were notedas other newcomers to theSeniorCenter. <br />Care CallerProgram <br />The Care Callerprogramcontinuestobe avaluableservice.The CareCallerscalledtheCommunity <br />Resource Coordinator toindicatefurtherfollow upwas neededonthreeclients,whichwas doneineither <br />theformof additionalfollow up calls orhomevisits. <br />MentalHealth <br />One personwasreferred toSeniorReachinAugustand accepted asaclient.Thisclientsuffersfrom <br />post traumaticstresssyndrome and the counselingfromSenior Reachwill bevaluabletoolfor her <br />recovery.
