The doors and windows appear to be in the same location <br />and of the original style.It also appears the building had a stucco finish in the 1948 <br />Boulder County Assessor photo. <br />Staff recommends the application be approved for the following reasons: <br />1. The building appears to have the same architectural form. <br />2. The exterior walls, windows and doors appear to be made of the same material <br />and have had minimal alteration (if any) in over 50 years. <br />3.
