Senior Housing Newsletter <br />For reference only <br />South Boulder Road Property and Habitat for Humanity Update <br />On agenda to make sure we are officially done. Steve states we are. <br />Matters from Members of the Board <br />Troy wanted to discuss Highway 42 and the underpass tunnel. Steve Underhill spoke with <br />Steve Anderson and yes he will consider something to be determined by the LHA Board. We <br />will need to have Executive Session for our next meeting. Steve would like to come to a final <br />determination. <br />Discussion of Agenda Items for next LHA board meeting: <br />The September 28, 2010 will go as planned at Sunnyside Apartments. Study Session for City <br />Council. Troy discussed one financing option for the HUD Sustainable Communities <br />Initiative, which is due in October. Troy will provide more information to the Board. <br />According to Troy, we meet all 6 of principles to qualify for grant. Louisville is just not <br />"dense" enough. Sheri asked Troy if the zoning in that area has the potential to be looked at <br />and adjusted. <br />Executive Session: Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24- 6- 402(4)(a) for the purpose of <br />discussion of potential purchase or acquisition of real property located within the City of <br />Louisville. The Board decided not to enter into Executive Session for this meeting but will be <br />on the agenda for next month's meeting. <br />Adjourn <br />At 10:02 a.m. <br />*Any member of the Public may speak on any subject not related to the agenda. <br />Anyone wishing to speak will have the opportunity to address the board. Please keep <br />comments to a maximum of 5 minutes. <br />It is the policy of the Boulder County Housing Authority to make programs, meetings, activities and services accessible to individuals <br />with disabilities.
