RESOLUTION NO. 59 <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE <br /> FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 6, <br /> BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC (1772 PRAIRIE WAY) FOR ONE YEAR <br /> FROM SEPTEMBER 21, 2010 TO SEPTEMBER 21, 2011 <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br /> to extend the expiration date for a planned unit development on Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, <br /> Business Center at CTC (1772 prairie way) for one year from September 21, 2010 to <br /> September 21, 2011; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it <br /> complies with Louisville Municipal Code Chapter 17.28; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville's regulatory tools and design guidelines related to <br /> the subject site have not changed since the final planned unit development plan was <br /> originally approved by the Louisville City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, the area surrounding the final planned unit development plan has not <br /> experienced significant contextual change in the time since it was originally approved by <br /> the Louisville City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on September 16, 2010, where <br /> evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br /> Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated September 16, 2010, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval of the final PUD plan expiration date extension to the <br /> City Council without conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br /> 17.28.210 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a one (1) year extension to the expiration of the <br /> final PUD plan for Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, Business Center at CTC (1772 Prairie Way) for <br /> one year from September 21, 2010 to September 21, 2011. <br /> ND ADOPTED th 5' day of Octo• -r 2010. <br /> I 1 <br /> 1� <br /> Ch- e7sk, Mayor <br /> P <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> Atte O F ,a IfI <br /> ancy Va a, City Clerk <br /> City of Lo isville, Colorado <br /> Resolution No. 59, Series 2010 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
