APPROVED 08/10/2006 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes July 20, 2006 City Hall, Council Chambers 749 Main Street 6:30 PM Call to Order - Lipton called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Commission Members Present: Jeff Lipton, Chair Chris Pritchard, Vice-chair Susan Loo, Secretary Gail Hartman Hank Dalton Monica Sheets Tom McA vinew Michael Deborski Commission Members Absent: Staff Members Present: Paul Wood, Planning Director Jared Barnes, Planning Intern Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant Approval of Agenda - Pritchard moved and Loo seconded a motion to approve the agenda. Motion passed by voice vote. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - None heard. Regular Business - Public Hearing Items The applicant's representative for the Clementine Subdivision Filing NO.2 had not arrived in time to start the public hearing. Lipton requested that Commission move to the Sign Code Amendment hearing. ~ Resolution No. 11, Series 2006, Sign Code Amendment; An ordinance amending the City's commercial office and retail sign regulations, as contained in Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code and the City's Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG) (Continued from February 9,2006, March 16, 2006, April 13, 2006, April 20, 2006 and June 22,2006.) .
