Golf Course Advisory Board <br />Minutes <br />DATE <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Item VII on Agenda <br /> – The Board discussed our progress on our Secret Shopper <br />evaluations. We will continue to keep moving forward with those evaluations. <br />Item VIII on Agenda <br /> – Significant Projects Update <br />1. Eric will have an equipment update to the Board soon. <br />2. Coal Creek will need to be addressing the leaks that are on the course. <br />3. Cart lease is still in the City of Louisville’s name until the end of the year, <br />at that time WGP will have the cart lease as of Jan. 1, 2011. <br />4. As of now WGP is not in need of any appropriations. <br />Item IX on Agenda <br /> – Eric stated that the promos are working. He is seeing <br />growth in the incentive areas. <br />Item X on Agenda <br /> – Eric distributed the September promos to the Board. <br />th <br />1. The 20 Anniversary Million Dollar Hole-in-One Contest will have live <br />radio remotes on 104.3. This is a very fun and exciting promo for Coal <br />Creek. <br />2. Coal Creek has a new Family Course with green fee promotions as well. <br />3. The Twilight and Super-Twilight promos are continuing. <br />Item XI <br /> – Develop action plan to start collecting comparative data about the <br />competition. <br />1. Joe suggested that we bring in resources from other clubs to ask <br />questions to get a basis for our framework. <br />2. Joe also advised the board to set a benchmark and work from there. <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />1. Continuation of our Secret Shopper evaluations. <br />2. Continue discussion on collecting comparative data about the competition. <br />Adjourn <br /> – The meeting was adjourned at 8:35. Cary Tengler motioned.
