Louisville Housing Authority Louisville Housing Authority (LHA) Resolution 2010 -11: A Resolution Approving the Management Agreements Between the Boulder County Housing Authority and the Housing Authority of the City of Louisville WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. 29 -1 -201, et seq., governmental entities may cooperate or contract with one another to provide such functions, services or facilities lawfully authorized to each of the contracting or cooperating units, including the sharing of costs, the imposition of taxes or the incurring of debts; and, WHEREAS, the Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) and the Housing Authority of the City of Louisville (LHA) recognize that compliance with existing federal statutory requirements as well as the state statutory jurisdictional requirements of public housing agencies can best be met by means of this management agreement between the Housing Authorities; and, WHEREAS, the Housing Authorities recognize that the housing needs of lower income families can best be met by means of this management agreement; and, WHEREAS, the BCHA and the LHA recognize their long standing partnership in the provision of affordable housing in the City of Louisville, Colorado; and, WHEREAS, these Agreements pertain to the following programs and properties: 1) Public Housing Program/ Hillside, 502, 506, 516 West South Boulder Road, Louisville, Colorado 80027 2) HUD Multifamily /Regal.
