Approval of Appointment to the Louisville Housing Authority <br />Bob Wilson, 11480 W. 66 Place, Arvada, CO, explained he is a candidate for RTD — <br />District L, which has one precinct in Louisville. He promised to be a constant advocate <br />for the interest of District L; work to complete the entire FasTracks project; be sensitive <br />to the transportation needs of all people and to promote sustainability and <br />environmental stewardship. <br />Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO addressed an open <br />government issue regarding the City's Web site. He noted many residents still have <br />dial -up Internet capabilities and are unable to download large PDF files including City <br />Council packet materials. He suggested using HTML files or just making the agendas <br />available. He suggested for future photo contests, the application process be online <br />and the City implement a gallery for viewing the photos. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilor Clabots reminded Council the Solar Home Tour is Sunday, September 26, at <br />10:00 a.m. Six homes will be included in the tour and tickets may be purchased at the <br />John Breaux Park. He encouraged the public to attend. <br />Mayor Sisk noted the September 21 City Council packet contains 324 pages. He was <br />impressed with the convenience and cost savings the electronic City Council packet <br />provides, as well as the public accessibility to information without the printing cost.
