5.8 CONTRACTOR has given OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE written notice of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities or discrepancies that CONTRACTOR has discovered in the Contract Documents and the written resolution thereof by OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE is acceptable to CONTRACTOR, and the Contract Documents are generally sufficient to indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for performance and furnishing the Work. ARTICLE 6. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents, which constitute the entire agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR concerning the Work, are all written documents, which define the Work and the obligations of the Contractor in performing the Work and the OWNER in providing compensation for the Work.
