5.8 CONTRACTOR has given OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE written notice of all conflicts, <br />errors, ambiguities or discrepancies that CONTRACTOR has discovered in the Contract <br />Documents and the written resolution thereof by OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE is <br />acceptable to CONTRACTOR, and the Contract Documents are generally sufficient to <br />indicate and convey understanding of all terms and conditions for performance and furnishing <br />the Work. <br />ARTICLE 6. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />The Contract Documents, which constitute the entire agreement between OWNER and <br />CONTRACTOR concerning the Work, are all written documents, which define the Work and the <br />obligations of the Contractor in performing the Work and the OWNER in providing compensation for <br />the Work.
