Harper Lake
The proposed siren location was in the northwestern portion of the existing parking lot at
Harper Lake. This location is on City property and is accessible with no additional
improvements needed. The site provides adequate coverage with the 70dB levels and
no exposure to residences over 123dB. The location was review by the Open Space
Advisory Board. The OSAB recommended denying the proposal because of significant
mountain -view and utility impacts.
Harper Lake
Leon A.
