Harper Lake <br />The proposed siren location was in the northwestern portion of the existing parking lot at <br />Harper Lake. This location is on City property and is accessible with no additional <br />improvements needed. The site provides adequate coverage with the 70dB levels and <br />no exposure to residences over 123dB. The location was review by the Open Space <br />Advisory Board.
