RESOLUTION NO. 62 SERIES 2010 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN TO ALLOW FOR A FUEL FACILITY FOR KING SOOPERS ON PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY APPROVED FOR LEHRER'S FLOWER STORE (1712 PLAZA DRIVE). WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for an amendment to an existing final planned unit development (PUD) plan to allow for a fuel facility for King Soopers on property previously approved for Lehrer's Flower Store (1712 Plaza Drive); and WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances and the Industrial Development Design Standards and Guidelines (IDDSG); and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development plan on October 14, 2010, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the staff report dated October 14, 2010, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, without conditions. WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved without conditions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amendment to an existing final planned unit development (PUD) plan to allow for a fuel facility for King Soopers on property previously approved for Lehrer's Flower Store (1712 Plaza Drive), without conditions.
