4. Second Amendment to Deed of Conservation Easement in Gross Bowes Property (granting from Louisville to Broomfield a conservation easement for Bowes Parcel 1 property); 5. Partial Assignment of Deed of Conservation Easement in Gross Louisville to Broomfield Bowes Lots A and B (granting conservation easements for Bowes Lots A and B); 6. Deed of Conservation Easement in Gross Louisville to Broomfield Northwest Parkway IGA (granting conservation easements for Admor West, Boulder County Land Ventures, Mayhoffer Section 15 and Trillium properties); and 7. Partial Assignment of Deed of Conservation Easement in Gross, Louisville to Lafayette, Bowes Lots A and B (granting conservation easements for Bowes Lots A and B); and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval and execution of the Conservation Easements is in furtherance of the purposes, intent and requirements of the Northwest Parkway IGA and Amendment; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval and execution of the Conservation Easements is in furtherance of the public benefit to be served by the preservation of the parcels subject to said Easements, as described in the City of Louisville planning documents; and WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the Conservation Easements and authorize their execution, upon the condition that all of the Conservation Easements are also executed by all of the other parties thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby incorporated into this Resolution and made a part hereof. Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Conservation Easements in the forms thereof accompanying this Resolution. Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Conservation Easements on behalf of the City Council of the City of Louisville; provided, however, that the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate and approve such revisions to the Conservation Easements as the Mayor determines are necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of such Amendment are not altered. Section 4. The approval and authorization herein given is upon the condition that all of the Conservation Easements are executed by all of the other parties to such Conservation Easements.
