Agenda <br />approved unanimously <br />Approval of the September 28, 2010 Minutes <br />Scott motioned to approve the September 28 minutes, with exception of correcting that Steve <br />Underhill was present. Correction will be noted: Walt seconded the motion, all in favor. <br />Minutes approved .unanimously. <br />Matters from Members of the Public <br />No matters from the public. <br />Director's Report <br />HOME Consortium; Consolidated Plan 2010 -2014 Draft Release <br />Chuck stated that the Home Consortium Consolidated Plan is final not draft. This plan is a <br />collaborative work between Boulder and Broomfield counties. Chuck pointed out that the <br />affordable housing need is ever growing. We are looking to expand in Louisville, Superior, <br />Lafayette region, City of Longmont. Applications have been submitted for this expansion..
