<br />THIS PROJECT IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1998 FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR SAM'S
<br />CLUB TO FACILITATE THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE VACANT SAM'S CLUB INTO A MULTI -USE
<br />COMMERCIAL FACILITY AND PLACE OF WORSHIP.
<br />THIS PUD AMENDMENT ALTERS THE ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS OF ALL FACADES OF THE
