Seeing <br />none, Lipton moved the items on the consent agenda be <br />approved; Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />7. Authority Business <br />A. Public Hearing: New Application — Murphy Oil USA, Inc. d/b/a <br />Murphy USA #8635 — Retail Fermented Malt Beverage and Wine <br />Liquor License — 525 McCaslin Blvd. <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Kaufman. The Secretary stated <br />the application was complete, the premises was posted, notice <br />published as required and no comments were received. Since the <br />applicant has a master file with the State Licensing Authority <br />background reports were not conducted. There were no reasons to <br />deny the application. <br />There were no authority member disclosures and the members <br />agreed that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city <br />boundaries. <br />
