Main Street Closure Letter of Support <br />8. The Comprehensive Plan Update was moved to a future meeting. <br />Commissioner Lipton made a motion to approve the amended agenda. Commissioner Harald <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: unanimously approved. <br />Approval of January 24, 2023 Meeting Minutes: <br />There was an amendment to the January 24, 2023 meeting minutes — City Attorney Nick Cotton <br />Baez was originally indicated as attending the meeting remotely; however, he attended the meeting in <br />person. <br />Commissioner Lipton made a motion to approve the minutes as amended. Commissioner <br />Harald seconded. Roll Call Vote: unanimously approved. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda: <br />Louisville Residents John Leary and Mary Dibble pooled time for Mr. Leary to present for six (6) <br />minutes. Mr. Leary has filed a complaint about a violation of the City Charter when the LRC took <br />up a matter not on the LRC agenda at a previous meeting. Mr. Leary provided a summary of his <br />background in openness of government and the City's code of ethics. Resident Jeff Deborski <br />asked for his 3 minutes to be added to the six minutes already used, which is beyond the six - <br />minute time limit. Mr. Leary was allowed to complete his statement. Mr. Leary requested an <br />explanation as to why this issue happened and how to ensure the same mistake is not made <br />again. <br />Reports of Commission: <br />Staff updates <br />The Economic Vitality Manager noted that the staff updates were provided in the meeting packet <br />and asked the Commission if they had any questions. <br />Commissioner Comments: <br />Commissioner Lipton asked when a schedule will be provided for the Downtown Vision Plan. It <br />was noted that the consultant is present to provide an update today and that this item is on <br />today's agenda, though an update was not provided in the meeting packet. <br />Downtown Business Association Updates <br />Commissioner Williams provided an update on the last DBA meeting. <br />Chamber of Commerce Updates: <br />
