Griffiths <br />DATE: November 22, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Action necessary at first meeting in <br />January, 1995 by City Council and any <br />other "formally constituted body" of the <br />City of Louisville <br />This is a reminder that Senate Bill 91-33 requires the Council and <br />all other local public bodies of the City to designate the public <br />place or places for posting notices of public meetings at the local <br />body's first regular meeting of each calendar year. A motion <br />should be adopted at that meeting making the appropriate <br />designation. Please provide a copy of this memo to the Council and <br />to each of the City's other local public bodies. <br />
