My proposal is to add a 2nd story to my existing one (1) story house on <br />my 25' X 125' lot. I'm working along with a local architect, J. Peter Stewart to design the addi- <br />tion so it looks like it's part of the original house and fits into the neighborhood. With this popu- <br />lar home improvement "poptop", it is a way to add value to the home and double the square <br />footage. I believe this potential makes this proposal worthy of your consideration. <br />
