Surveying/Mapping - Muckle continues to work on the GIS database, but is still <br />waiting for the base GIS information from Dan Trudeau. <br />. Structures of Merit - No report <br /> <br />Items from Staff <br />. Muth noted she has begun work on a "Best Prac .ces" pam for home <br />additions. She hopes to have a final version at th ctober meeting. <br />. Muth reminded members of the September 15 Sta~,CLG training. <br />. Muth invited members to a joint meeting with the His'~rical Commission, Open <br />Space Advisory Board, and Horticultur~i', Forestry Advisory Board on October <br />26 to discuss the progress on the Harnfy~~stoka property. <br />. Muth reported that the deadline for the CLGijyants is approaching and asked if <br />the members had any projects in mind for which we could apply. Muckle noted <br />that the GIS database would be a great project for a grant. Muth and Muckle will <br />work on this. <br />. Muth reminded members t October meeting has been moved to October <br />16. <br /> <br /> <br />Demolition Requests - 624 LaFarge Avenue. The request was for the dem <br />rear of the home while retaining the first approximate 5 feet of the house. Mc <br />and Muckle reported on their review of the house.
