• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LOUISVIT.i.E <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />March 14, 1991 (Summary) Meeting Minutes <br />The City of Louisville Board of Adjustment met in the Council Chambers at 749 Main <br />Street in Louisville, Colorado. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Board Members Present: <br />Absent <br />Ray Sears <br />Dan Swires <br />Steve Pendergrast <br />Neil Tillquist <br />Robert Ross <br />Alan Fyne <br />Ray Sears was elected BOA Chairman for 1991 (to 2/92). <br />Agenda Items: <br />A. 1784 West Eisenhower (Sandy Hider - owner) - Colorado Deck and Fence - <br />Chairman Sears opened the public hearing. Staff recommended approval of <br />15' (partial) and 20' (partial) rear setback variance. Twenty-five (25) feet is <br />required for deck additions. The Board granted the variance 4:0. <br />B. 841 Jefferson (Norman Mossoni) - City staff recommended approval of a side <br />yard variance to allow a detached garage to be constructed three (3) feet <br />(versus 5 feet) from the property line. The Board granted the variance 4:0. <br />
