RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 1994 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION DIRECTIONAL SIGN <br />FOR THE WANEKA LANDING SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, by The Seventh-Day <br />Adventist Church and CC&W, a request for approval of a 15 Square Foot Subdivision Directional <br />Sign for the Waneka Landing Subdivision; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the request have been reviewed by City Staff and the <br />Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Subdivision <br />Directional Sign, the Planning Commission approved a recommendation of approval with <br />conditions to the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Subdivision Directional Sign for the Waneka <br />Landing Subdivision should be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The sign may be used for a subdivision directional sign only until November 15, 1996. <br />It shall revert to only a church bulletin sign after that date, <br />2. The existing subdivision directional sign shall be removed upon installation of the new <br />sign. The existing church sign shall be removed upon conversion of the new sign to <br />church use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve the 15 Square Foot Subdivision Directional Sign for the Waneka <br />Landing Subdivision. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1994, <br />By: <br />ATTEST: <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
