<br /> to be assessed, number of installments, the time in which the costs <br /> of the improvement shall be payable and the rate of interest on the <br /> unpaid and deferred installments. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk of the City of Louisville shall give <br /> notice of the hearing on the construction of the improvements by <br /> publication in one issue of the Louisville Time s at least 15 days <br /> prior to the date of the hearing. Further, on or about the date of <br /> publication, notice shall be mailed by first class mail to each <br /> property owner to be assessed for the cost of the improvement. The <br /> notice shall include the following information: <br /> (a) The kind of improvments proposed. <br /> (b) The time in which the costs shall be payable. <br /> ( c ) The number of installments. <br /> (d) The rate of interest to be paid on unpaid and <br /> deferred installments. <br /> (e) The extent of the area to be improved. <br /> (f) The probable cost per square foot of the area <br /> as shown by the estimates of the Engineer. <br /> (g) The time, not less than 20 days after the first <br /> publication, when an ordinance authorizing the <br /> improvements wi 11 be considered. <br /> (h) That said map and estimate and schedule showing <br /> the approximate amounts to be assessed and all <br /> resolutions and engineer's specifications are on <br /> file and can be seen and examined by any interested <br /> person at the office of the City Clerk at any time <br /> within said period of 20 days and that all complaints <br /> and objections made in writing concerning the proposed <br /> improvements by the owners of any property to be <br /> assessed will be heard and determined by the govern- <br /> ing body before final action is taken. <br /> -2- <br />
