<br /> RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br /> Series 1985 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN WATER <br /> SUPPLY PROJECTS IN THE SOUTH PLATTE AND <br /> WILLIAMS FORK BASINS FOR THE FILING OF <br /> NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION PERMITS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville along wi th forty-six other <br /> Denver Metro water supply entities have executed the Metropolitan <br /> Water Development Agreement; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville also has executed the <br /> Platte and Colorado River Storage Projects Participation Agreement; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that permit applications <br /> for certain water supply projects should be submitted by October, <br /> 1985; and, <br /> WHEREAS, extensive review of system-wide impacts together <br /> with information on site-specific impacts has been conducted and is <br /> available for review by participants and others concerned with this <br /> process and has been reviewed as part of the decision; and, <br /> WHEREAS, several factors have been considered as a part of <br /> making the decision on the location and size of which project to <br /> construct; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha t the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville hereby finds that the appropriate projects for <br /> which to file necessary permit applications are: 1.1 million acre <br /> foot Two Forks Dam and Reservoir Project and Williams Fork Gravity <br />
