He asked me what I was going to <br />do about it. I told him Iwould have to <br />request that he reduce the height to 42" <br />and that we should check to se• if the <br />location of the fence was legal according <br />to the Ordinance. He said he would not <br />move the fence under any circumstances. <br />Ile were joined by E . Greenway who voiced <br />er objections very heatedly. She introduced <br />herself as the Daughter of Council -Woman <br />Ivan L1'iieux and said they had checked <br />with Vivian as.._tothe requirements of the <br />fence and were informed that they should <br />kespthe fence 6 or8.riches behinnd.._theL____. <br />sidewalk but as far as she was aware there <br />Were _ ,no _other _restrictions <br />Buck came down to the office where he <br />_read the Zoning Ordinance relating _to <br />fences and he agreed that I had informed <br />him properly_ but that he had noiatention <br />of moving the fence. <br />( I have since checked the location <br />of the fence and in.,the absence of a <br />survey it appears to be properly located). <br />Buck told me that he would talk with <br />Vivian about the fence. 1 told hiss his <br />appeal MEAMMEMMAIM should first go to the <br />MORMINI Board ..of., Adjustment and _.L ._gave. <br />INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVER: <br />I.
