Stephen attempted to ans~-;er the questions, as to i,rhat '\oTOuld be covered by the building code as far as appearances would be concerned. Mr. Rome, stated that he H3S in favor, because the sooner the board granted permission, the sooner I'T. Fitts could sb.rt naking improvements. Since there was much discussion, from the audience, about the two trailers already parked on this property, Mr. Ross, Chairman, read Article 354 section 33 of the muncipal code. HOTION: A Hotion by Ernie Marinelli to grant Hr. Fritts the right to set a mobile home on his property and be occupied for no longer than tl-relve months, to begin at 12:01 A.M. on January L, 1975. Motion was second by Mr. Picketto VOTING: Jack Degenhart Bob Ross Ernie Narinelli Don Pickett Bob Davies No Absent Motion on this variance was de~ied.
