Seeing none, <br />Lipton moved the items on the consent agenda be approved; <br />Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />7. Authority Business <br />A. Discussion / Direction: Renewal Application — Taj Mahal III, Inc. d/b/a <br />Taj Mahal III — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 1075 S Boulder <br />Road <br />The licensee has submitted their renewal application, but their lease <br />expired in January. Despite repeated requests, the Secretary has not <br />received a new lease from the licensee. <br />The Authority recommended writing a letter to the licensee requesting <br />the fully executed lease by the next Authority meeting on April 22, <br />2024. <br />8.
