Strategy 3: Comprehensive Policy and Zoning Code <br />ems!j Changes to Better Support Residential <br />F7Development and Allow for More Diverse Housing <br />Types <br />While Strategy 1 focuses on targeted policy and zoning actions the City can take to address housing <br />affordability, this Strategy 3 outlines a more comprehensive approach to such actions that will take <br />longer and follow policy guidance from the upcoming comprehensive plan update. It recognizes the <br />pressing need to modernize the zoning code to better enable market responsiveness to housing <br />demand.
