a. Planning Commission and City Council are concerned with the location, quality and <br /> quantity of the proposed public land dedication. ConocoPhillips must resolve public <br /> land dedication requirements pursuant to section 16.16.060.B of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code. If a building height waiver is granted pursuant to section 17.28.110, <br /> ConocoPhillips must provide additional land, fee -in- lieu -of and/or combination of in- <br /> kind services than is normally required within the Municipal Code. ConocoPhillips <br /> must engineer, design, construct and landscape land dedicated to the City of <br /> Louisville commensurate with standards for landscape within their private campus <br /> and subject to reclamation standards of the City of Louisville. <br /> b. Quantify and resolve how to satisfy the demand on water and wastewater utilities. <br /> c. Secure a North/South bikeway connection on the east side of the campus. <br /> d. Finalize the Natural .Resource Assessment. <br /> e. Finalize site plan and design review. <br /> f. The Applicant must provide a comprehensive traffic demand management (TDM) <br /> plan when it requests a final plat and final PUD development plan for the Property. <br /> The TDM plan shall cover the entire Property and all anticipated phases of <br /> development of the Property. The TDM plan must detail the improvements, <br /> programs and strategies the Applicant intends to implement in its development and <br /> use of the Property to reduce vehicle trips, manage transportation demands, and <br /> encourage the use of alternative modes of transportation. <br /> g. Adjust preliminary plat tract delineations to reflect revised public lands delineations <br /> shown on sheet 2 of resubmitted preliminary PUD. <br /> 2.
