RESOLUTION NO. 36 <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE AND THE STATE BOARD OF THE GREAT OUTDOORS COLORADO <br /> TRUST FUND FOR FUNDING OF THE LOUISVILLE PARKS, RECREATION, OPEN <br /> SPACE AND TRAILS COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville supports the completion of the Parks, Recreation, Open <br /> Space and Trails Comprehensive Master Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has received a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado to <br /> fund the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Comprehensive Master Plan, subject to the <br /> execution of a grant agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO THAT: <br /> 1. The proposed Agreement between the City of Louisville and Great Outdoors <br /> Colorado for funding of the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Comprehensive Master Plan <br /> is hereby approved in essentially the same form as the copy of such Agreement accompanying this <br /> Resolution. <br /> 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement on behalf of the <br /> City Council of the City of Louisville, except that the Mayor is hereby granted the authority to <br /> negotiate and approve such revisions to said Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or <br /> desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement are not altered. <br /> 3. The City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado hereby authorizes the <br /> expenditure of funds necessary to meet the terms and obligations of the Grant Agreement and <br /> application. <br /> 4.
