RESOLUTION NO. 80 <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN TO ALLOW A DOG DAYCARE <br /> AND OVERNIGHT DOG BOARDING CENTER (NOT A VETERINARY CLINIC) <br /> IN A BUILDING LOCATED IN THE PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISTRICT <br /> COMMERCIAL (PCZD -C) ZONE DISTRICT (2103 NORTH COURTESY ROAD) <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for <br /> an application for an amendment to a previously approved planned unit development <br /> (PUD) plan to allow a dog daycare and overnight dog boarding center (not a veterinary <br /> clinic) in a building located in the planned community zone district commercial (PCZD- <br /> C) zone district (2103 North Courtesy Road); and <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been <br /> reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with <br /> the Louisville zoning ordinances; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD <br /> development plan on November 18, 2010, where evidence and testimony were entered <br /> into the public record, including the staff report dated November 18, 2010, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The proposed doggy daycare may not expand past the existing equipment <br /> shelter delineated on the PUD, or approximately 370' west of the eastern <br /> property line of Lot 1A." <br /> 2. Note should be placed on amended PUD. <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be <br /> approved with conditions; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final PUD development plan to allow a dog <br /> daycare and overnight dog boarding center located at 2103 North Courtesy Road, with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. "The proposed doggy daycare may not expand past the existing equipment <br /> shelter delineated on the PUD, or approximately 370' west of the eastern <br /> property line of Lot 1A." <br /> 2.
