O'Donnell said no liquor was stored in the new area. The Authority asked if <br /> there was a separate entrance. The response was no, all customers must come <br /> in the main entrance and then go in to the new area. <br /> Rommelfanger moved the modification of premises to Beef "0" Brady's be <br /> approved. Gunning seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger yes, Wilson <br /> yes, Machado abstain, Lipton yes and Gunning yes. Modification <br /> approved. <br /> C. 2009 Annual Report <br /> Lipton moved the Authority approve the 2009 Annual Report and forward it to <br /> City Council. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. <br /> Police Department Reports <br /> A. Incident Report Waterloo Icehouse 7/5/09 <br /> Authority members concurred they now had enough information to decide not to <br /> proceed further on this incident. Wilson expressed a desire for the police <br /> department to follow up earlier and more completely and let the Authority decide <br /> if there was a violation. <br /> B. Incident Report Beef "0" Brady's 12/5/09 <br /> This incident involved a person being asked to leave the establishment due to <br /> intoxication. The Authority felt there was not enough information to take any <br /> action on this report but would have liked to see quicker follow up by the police <br /> department. <br /> C. Incident Report Casa Alegre 12/18/09 <br /> This incident involved a possible fight in the parking lot. The Authority agreed <br /> when the police department arrived, the witnesses had disappeared and they did <br /> what they could. The Authority decided no further action could be taken. <br /> Secretary's Report <br /> Hanson welcomed new Associate Member Matthew Machado. Hanson stated <br /> the 2010 Open Government and Ethics Pamphlet was included in the packet. <br /> Wilson asked for clarification on get togethers outside Authority meetings. <br /> Attorney Culley noted there was just to be no business discussed if members <br /> met for social gatherings. <br />
