Rommelfanger moved the <br /> consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br /> Rommelfanger yes, Lipton yes, Gunning yes, Wilson yes and Carlson <br /> yes. Consent agenda approved. <br /> Authority Business <br /> A. Transfer Application Tomoe Sushi LLC d /b /a Yama Sushi Hotel <br /> and Restaurant Liquor License 1148 W. Dillon Road Unit 6 <br /> Rommelfanger expressed his regret the applicant was not in attendance. <br /> Questions were asked about the owner's residence and whether the background <br /> checks had been completed. Secretary Hanson responded the owners are in the <br /> process of moving here and the preliminary background checks were complete. <br /> Wilson moved the Authority approve the transfer of ownership of Tomoe Sushi <br /> LLC d /b /a Yama Sushi, Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License. Rommelfanger <br /> seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger yes, Wilson yes, Carlson yes, <br /> Gunning yes and Lipton yes. <br /> B. Transfer Application The Alley Cat Bar, LLC d /b /a The Alley Cat Bar <br /> and Grill Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License 817 Main St. <br /> Jacques Blanchard, the owner of The Alley Cat Bar described the new restaurant <br /> opening in what was the Senor T's building. He said it will be a new venture <br /> operated primarily by him and his wife and geared to be youth, sports and family <br /> friendly. The menu will be American Bistro and there will be a lot of music; <br /> sometimes live, sometimes just piped in to relax to. <br /> Gunning moved the transfer of ownership be approved for a Hotel and <br /> Restaurant Liquor License for The Alley Cat Bar LLC. Carlson seconded. Roll <br /> Call Vote: Rommelfanger yes, Wilson yes, Carlson yes, Lipton yes and <br /> Gunning yes. Transfer approved. <br />
