Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br /> Carlson moved the Authority find the petition to pay a fine in lieu of suspension is <br /> proper includes the information required by Louisville Municipal Code 5.08.140 <br /> and the petition, if granted, will not impair the public welfare and morals, that the <br /> back -up information regarding the books and records of the licensee are <br /> sufficient to determine the amount and the licensee has not had the license <br /> suspended, revoked or stayed during the two -year period immediately preceding <br /> the consideration of this petition. Based on these findings Carlson moved the <br /> Authority accept the petition to accept payment of a fine -in -lieu of $555.37 and if <br /> paid the suspension would be stayed. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. <br /> B. Findings and Order Show Cause Hearing Village Square B "O" B <br /> d /b /a Beef "0" Brady's Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License <br /> 585 E. South Boulder Road 3/11/10 Incident <br /> Attorney Light stated this consideration would be similar to the previous item. <br /> Carlson moved the Authority approve Findings, Conclusion and Order amending <br /> language to paragraph 3 of the Conclusion and Order by adding "provided <br /> however that if the Licensee is not in operation on May 29, 30, and 31, 2010, the <br /> suspension shall be served on three days as determined by mutual agreement of <br /> the Licensee and Authority secretary, but in no event later than December 31, <br /> 2010 Rommelfanger seconded. Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />
